Our Mission

At Il Farro Restaurant, our goal is to be a step ahead of the competition. We combine menu selection, atmosphere, ambiance, and service to create a sense of “place” in order to reach our goal of overall value in a dining experience. 

We want our guests to have the total experience when they are visiting us. Not only will our guests receive a great meal, they will also enjoy a fun atmosphere. We host unique events and promotions (such as The Cal-Ital Wine Dinner Battles) that set us apart from the ordinary competition.

We want the dining experience to be as pleasing to the senses as it is to the palate. Our main focus will be serving quality food at a great value. We feature a large selection of freshly prepared creations from our Mediterranean Chefs.

Customer satisfaction is paramount at Il Farro. When approached by a customer with a request, we will strive for broad appeal. We want to the restaurant of choice for everyone from families and singles and from young to old. Employee welfare is equally important to our success and every employee is treated fairly with the utmost respect. We want our employees to feel a part of the success of Il Farro. Afterall, happy employees make happy guests!
