Substitutions: Il Farro Caffe must reserve the right to make substitutions when market conditions dictate, or for any other reason beyond our control. For example, the availability of certain fresh fruit or vegetables can often be undependable. All substitutions will be of comparable or greater value; and if possible, you will be notified prior to your party.

Table & Tablecloths: Il Farro Caffe encourages the use of tables and tablecloths which it provides. Should the undersigned request that tables and tablecloths other than those of Il Farro's be used, then the undersigned assumes all risk for damage or loss to the tables, table pads and tablecloths, and shall hold Il Farro Caffe, and its agents and employee harmless from any such liability.

Breakable objects: The undersigned shall hold Il Farro Caffe harmless from any liability for damage to crystal, glass, porcelain or similar breakable cake tops. Il Farro Caffe and its agents and employee, shall not be responsible for any breakage of such cake tops, whether caused by Il Farro Caffe, or by others, and whether new or family heirlooms. All breakable cake tops purchased from Il Farro Caffe must be picked up by the customer at Il Farro Caffe.

Emotional Damage: Il Farro Caffe understands that it often is asked to cater special, "once-in-a-lifetime" occasion, and the results is that special items are often requested, both as food and decoration. In the event Il Farro Caffe fails to provide an ordered item, Il Farro Caffe shall be responsible for no more than a refund of the charge of that item and may satisfy that obligation by providing a substitute item of similar quality which Il Farro Caffe deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Customer specifically waives any claims for damages based upon embarrassment, humiliation or other damage to sensitivities.

Rental & Equipment: Full rental equipment and complete party rental are available. When customer assumes responsibility for return of rentals, equipment or cake supplies, and damage thereto; the items must be returned one working day after the event. After the second working day following event, a daily rental fee will be applied to items. After 4 days the customer deposit will be applied to replacement of item(s), plus 3 days rental fee. If replacement & rental cost is greater than deposit, customer will be billed for remaining balance. If items are returned damaged, the deposit may be applied to. but is not limited to, the repair or replacement of the item.

Miscellaneous: We do NOT haul trash away from the party site. It will be bagged and left on premises.

Damage to rented facilities: Purchaser assumes responsibility for repair of damage and/or extemporaneous maintenance required by rented facility when caused by outside providers who are engaged by customer.

Purchaser agree to pay Il Farro Caffe all amounts due and owing IN ADVANCE. In the event the amount due is not paid as agreed, an interest rate on one percent (1%) monthly will be imposed on the unpaid balance. If suit is instituted to collect, purchaser agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
